FAA to perform the inspection services and who signing the aircraft log for the

using any content, software functions, or information transmitted in connection with

support. PDK Aviation, LLC, further makes no warranty regarding the content in

provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permissible by law, PDK Aviation LLC make no

representation of warranties of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied for the

content, transmission, or information provided. Further, PDK Aviation, LLC disclaims

any warranty of the title, copyright, or infringement. PDK Aviation, LLC, does not

represent or warrant the content will be interpreted, updated or free of error.

PDK Aviation, LLC, makes no warranty, expressed or implied. Relating to

merchantability, fitness or otherwise, and liability, as stated above, and is in lieu of all

other warranties arising out of or in connection with the use and application of the video.

PDK Aviation, LLC, shall in no event be liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential

damages, including but not limited to damages which result to an aircraft, its operation,

its pilot or passengers as well as damages that may arise from loss of anticipated

profits. Purchase shall indemnify and hold harmless PDK Aviation, LLC, for any such

liability or damages.

No sale shall occur without Purchaser’s FAA Certificate Number. NO SALE IS FOR

RESALE. This sale is for demonstration purposes only. Always consult the particular

aircraft or component manufacturer specifications before commencing any inspection,

modification, or repair. Aircraft inspections or any other aircraft maintenance should only

be done using the official, current technical information provided by the aircraft or

component manufacturer, Service Bulletins, STC’s ICA’s and or the FAA. NEVER

attempt or conduct inspections, repair, or modifications of an aircraft or components

solely relying on the videos presented.
